Medical School Admissions Secrets I want to know what undergrad

In my opinion, the right choice for the university medical school preparation is focused allopathic than you think. It is generally believed that a degree is becoming competitive and / or prestigious universities, but your foot in the door to more schools of allopathic medicine. This is one of the worst conditions you can do each and costs, a potential "yes" by a prominent U.S. Medical School.

How applications are evaluated AMCase Medical School

TheAMCase system is used by most medical committees images to simplify the process of approval of applicant and school. AMCase is that the system ahead of the GPA and MCAT review information on any medical school possible. This means that instead of sending a single application, transcript, MCAT score of each school, AMCase everything done for you.

There are three main criteria that the commission on AMCase presented: overall GPA, science GPA,MCAT and guests. In this article we present the importance of a high GPA and strategies to ensure your position as an ideal candidate for medical school.

Science GPA vs. overall GPA

A high science GPA is a critical factor in medical school admissions.

The course for most medical schools include one year of the following: General Chemistry Lab Biology Lab + + General Physics + lab + organic chemistry lab. variable requirements include statisticsand / or tartar. All these classes to enter the science GPA, a "number", which shows to record taught the admissions committee of your personal ability, medical-school question. Although it may seem unfair, it is the most effective way, the admission, the high volume of candidates for a correct and timely treatment.

The overall GPA has a role, though minor, player in medical imaging. If your overall GPA varies from science GPAsignificantly, indicating the committees of your lack of interest in particular topics and this may be a red flag for some. This is because the medicine is an interdisciplinary field, and although most of it is science that can take a successful physician effective public speaking and knowledge of English. If you have nothing less than a B in these courses in school, you can have an impact on your chances of admission. But maintaining a high academic GPA should be increasedPriorities. So if you chose between its consideration of microbiology Acing or writing an excellent paper on a poem late at night, I'd say go for Microbiology.

School choice and maximizes your science GPA Major

Time as you complete the credits required above, there is need for more course work division follow (unless you are a science major). Had I known earlier, I had in economics or political science as main subject and have really enjoyed my lab-freeUndergraduate days. Instead, I decided to major in biology and spend my evenings writing lab reports and store the esoteric concepts.

Do not feel obligated to pursue a science, if your future plans include major medical school. Instead, following a great that you're really concerned, art, dance, quantum physics. This not only ensures that you will receive an efficient overall GPA in college, but also that you enjoy your college experience. Furthermore, it is a refreshingMedical School, as non-science majors offers variety and interesting insights into the community. Until we find a way, a way to take take all necessary science classes will be good.

NOT important in science, unless you know that 100% is obtained at least a B + on all upper division course work. Each class takes science enters the science GPA, classes taken into consideration not only the precondition. So if you decided to take a course in Advanced Organic Chemistry, PureInterest and ending with a D, this will be reflected in your science GPA and is very bad, even though it was an esoteric course. Like a great science, you need more science courses in the top division, which may take a more difficult to assess. No need to jeopardize your GPA Science degree, if you will do very well known in these classes. I'm not here to discourage if you really want to major in biochemistry or physics, but I warn you, thepossible consequences in the growing fierce competition in the world of medical school admission.

As the college you attend Gets factored

The college is because ultimately the choice to participate is heavy, but indirectly through medical school applications. For most of your skills as a student of the Faculty of Medicine of the three magic numbers: Overall GPA, science GPA and MCAT are represented.

I decided to attend Reed College for his research and curriculumThese years. Reed College had the facilities, which taught me to think critically and self-directed research in the laboratory, which I thought would make a rigorous introduction to medical research and medical school. In fact, Reed College spits most students that always end with a doctorate in biology in the nation.

What go wrong in the end is a triple threat: anti-inflation policy of Reed grade, biology, a major, and being a biology major at Reed. There were only a handful of 4.0 degree during the existence of Reed. I do not think any of them were in one of the science departments (I decide to double). Imagine how this has influenced my entire GPA and science GPA. Considering how difficult it is to work here, I think I said something like a 4.0 GPA that I, if I had attended for transfer to a university. This is mainly because Reed upper division courses also have a gradual Lab partial, unlike otherSchools. But this is not the only case of Reed.

Most liberal arts colleges have a system of classification harder than other universities. The combination of smaller classes and, with a focus on academics instead of notes, leading the GPA in liberal arts schools. In small classes, teachers are more cautious in assessing their students and more hard tests because they are not only a huge volume of evidence required in a short period of time. I tried to make biologicalChemistry at Reed for one semester left and after a few weeks. The tests were very hard to complete the writing of new reaction mechanisms and prediction of chemical structures of reason. The section was independent laboratory. We were asked to try a chemical with a limited number of reagents to make our own.

I spent my summer at the University of California, Riverside organic chemistry course, again. The tests were chosen as points(!) And the laboratory following a simple protocol of each session, rather than critical thinking, to adapt, he learned the lesson in the laboratory. And because the class that more than 200 students, the whole course was streamlined in this way, so that classes could be a timely and Tas could be taken took the amount of time to minimize grade.

Conclusion?

Most of the school of liberal arts must learn a very strong philosophy, instead of being informed. The curriculum is almost alwaysmore difficult and the average GPA of a graduate, almost always significantly lower. Do not put the largest universities, but students could Reed UCR students in organic chemistry from water hammer. But who is likely to enter medical school: the B-student, as an alcohol ester synthesis for its own account or to students, master the art of multiple choice and memorization learned? I would say that is a student, because what AMCase and the system provides a penalty for the blindDetails.

Fitness Strength Training – Discover the Secret of Fitness Models

9 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Models and athletes are admired for their bodies. It is how they make their living. They don’t just rely on diets and exercise to keep them in shape and on top of their game, though both are important. But, to get in excellent form and stay that way, they add one more element to their fitness routines – fitness strength training.

What is strength fitness training and why is it so important? Aerobics such as walking, jogging, swimming, skiing or bicycling rev up your metabolism and heart rate. But that is just half of what you should be doing. To build stamina, strength and endurance, you should also concentrate on working the eleven voluntary muscle groups in your body. That will sculpt your shape, burn the calories and melt the fat faster than just aerobics alone.

Here is why. Muscles need the repetitive motion of stretching and contracting, flexing and relaxing in order to function. That signals the body to pump glucose (energy) and oxygen to the cells and to get the blood flowing. As the muscle tones, the body frame is better supported, as are your organs. You not only begin to look better but feel better, sleep better and have less chronic aches and pains. The more you target different muscle groups in your body the more fat you will burn. That means quicker results that people will notice.

So, how do you begin a fitness strength training regime?

1. First of all, eat right. Your body needs fuel to burn just like the engine of your car. Don’t keep it on fumes and make it feed off the sludge in the bottom of the tank. It will break down.

2. Hydrate. Drink lots of water so your body can expel the toxins as the muscles work.

3.Boost your protein consumption. Protein regulates blood sugar levels and makes your body feel full longer. Muscle building begins with protein rich diets.

4. Don’t skip meals. That just signals your body to conserve fats and lowers your metabolism.

5. Start off slow then gradually build. Overtaxing your muscles will only cause strains and injury. Then you’ll have to lay off exercising for several days, which defeats the whole purpose. When your muscle doesn’t start to fatigue in 10-12 reps, then you’ll know it is time to add weights or increase the resistance band tension.

6. Watch your form. Or have a professional watch to make sure you are doing the moves correctly. Good posture and using the right muscles while you workout will get you the results you’ve been seeking. Also, watch your rests between sets. If you want to bulk up, rest longer in between reps, but if it is lean muscle tone you are wanting, shorten the rest time.

Whether you are a guy or a gal, well toned and sculpted muscles are sexy. Fitness strength training can benefit both sexes and keep them looking their best. If you don’t want to look like you belong on muscle beach, you don’t have to. You can still get a good looking body fast with the secret of the fitness models- fitness strength training.

Better Sex Practices – Give Her More Intense Orgasms and Last Longer

6 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

In regards to women and orgasms, nobody seems to have a straight, definitive answer as to how a man can make them more intense and last longer while doing it. Getting a woman to achieve a climax during intercourse can be a labor intensive task, especially when the typical male is able to ejaculate within five minutes while on the other hand, the typical woman takes a lot longer to orgasm if she ever comes at all. So the next time you and your partner are getting ready to be intimate, try these intense female orgasm methods.

Erogenous Zones

The usual erogenous zones on a female’s body–the feet, neck, lips, and inner thighs–should be caressed gently, steadily, and slowly. However, maybe your partner’s hottest erogenous zone is located elsewhere; for example, her nipples. If so, try nipping at them lightly. This type of stimulation will make her wet, get her blood flowing, and completely ready for vaginal penetration.

The G-Spot

To clear up any confusion, the g-spot of a woman can be found in her vagina two inches from the top. While having vaginal intercourse, there are a few sexual positions perfect for preventing the g-spot from being overstimulated, such as the position known as “doggie style.” This position is a fantastic way to not only give her the wildest orgasm she has ever had, but also to trigger her g-spot as well as stimulate her clitoris. It definitely is a triple threat.

Building the Anticipation

Slowly building towards the moment where sexual penetration finally occurs can be incredible. There are many ways to tease and titillate a woman before having sex, such as whispering wild fantasies in her ear. The longer you allow her anticipation to grow, the better her orgasm is going to be.

Of course, none of the above can be possible for a woman, including an intense orgasm, if the man in the equation cannot last any longer than several minutes.

Proper Breathing Techniques

Although there are many items–sex toys, herbs–on the market that claim to be the perfect solution for going the distance in the bedroom, the most simple, effective, and inexpensive way to achieve this goal is through the use of proper breathing techniques.

It is natural for the human body to experience an increase in its breathing and heart rate when it is close to reaching an orgasm. But even though sex is made up of many involuntary body functions, the one function a person can control is their breathing.

If you can consciously slow down your breathing rate, your heart rate will decrease in a parallel manner to your breathing. When this happens, your orgasm will be temporarily hindered. So next time you feel you are close to ejaculating, but are wanting to hold out for the sake of your partner, simply take a deep, long breath and hold it in for only three seconds. After the three seconds are up, you should exhale slowly and steadily. Continue to use this breathing technique as long as you feel it to be necessary.

Once you figure out how to give your partner a more intense orgasm as well as last longer during intercourse, you will be unstoppable in bed.

Does Final Phase Fat Loss Work?

5 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The Final Phase Fat Loss program by John Romaniello is a special workout plan that’s made for people who have failed with many previous fat loss programs or have succeeded in losing some fat, but have been unable to shed the last few pounds.

It is true that the last pounds are often the hardest to lose. This is because when you get to the last pounds, you’re trying to shed an ever increasing percentage of your fat. Let’s say you’ve come to have just 15 pounds of fat left on your body and you’re trying to shed 5 more to become extra lean. 5 pounds out of a total of 15 is 33% of your body fat!

This is why it’s so hard to get to those low body fat percentages of the extra lean guys and gals with the super-hard abs. Our body just doesn’t want to get that lean. You need to make it lose the fat. It won’t be done with any regular diet. You need to do things differently.

Final Phase Fat Loss is based on 4 different workout types which you do each an every week. The 4 workout styles are dynamic training, lactic acid based training, density based training, and heavy strength training. Each of these workouts, so John Romaniello claimed (and told me in a recent interview) targets a different kind of stubborn fat and helps to get rid of it.

The reason why Final Phase Fat Loss works is that it helps you to deal with those hormones that cause stubborn fat. In each of us, this fat settles in different body parts like the abs, chest, lower back, the thighs, etc. These hormonal imbalances are why it can be so hard to lose fat from your trouble spots.

The FPFL program works for men and women both, although it’s right for some type of people and not all. Here is what John Romaniello told me in a recent interview when I asked him who this program is for:

1) Anyone looking to lose the last 5-15 pounds.

2) Anyone who’s been losing fat but has hit a plateau, and wants to revive that progress.

3) Anyone who has been using other fat loss programs in the past and is looking for something more advanced. I have to say Final Phase Fat Loss really is the most advanced fat loss workout I’ve come across. So they’ll get lot out of this.

All in all, this is a comprehensive program with intensive workouts that can help you to shed more body fat, even if you’ve hit a plateau.

Actor, Singer, Dancer – What’s Your Main Strength?

4 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The "triple threat performer is fascinating work – the dancers, singers, actors, disciplines can play three at a high level throughout. But these versatile and talented artists usually prefer one aspect of their talent – what is natural to them. And that's what I should look!

I like to discover that my clients are not so light that they did not even think about it, and help them transfer those innate skills in the areas of work of others. InWith the triple threat, there is usually a mode of communication that is deeper, more unconscious than the others. So change my language coaching to adapt to this mode.

Share your first language is dance – I could choose to describe my technical instructions relating to movement, physical energy, or the use of muscles. Assuming yours is the simplest mode. Perhaps understand my singing technique hear proposals couched in terms of characterization,Emotions, descriptive keywords, or printing devices. And if your first song is the most fundamental language, I chose to describe the technical instructions to sing or to act as forms of expression, color and rhythm could.

When you realize that your main language, it is easier to understand what others think what they really want from you. The ability to translate the instructions of a director's own "language" can help you understand the instructions on a deep level. And 'is a more authentic performance practice of producing. You are happy because you see success, captions, and the director is happy because you asked what you do, and knew what he was talking about. And if the director thinks you understand him, and he is expected from (you can come and can actually do what they want), has much more to rent.

There is a danger with the triple threat performer that it is overloadedClasses or instructions, simply because all three disciplines have to concentrate, practice and attention. Once you know what your greatest strength, not only easy on themselves in this area, you will be able to apply the skills and strengths of this region to other areas more difficult. My first training was exclusively as a musician, and music, my first language. But I was able to transfer to my musical disciplines and skills to understand and work with actors and dancers, and I now work with a wide variety of theatre performers and recording artists.

It’s human nature to dismiss something that we’re REALLY good at, precisely BECAUSE we’re naturally good at it. It’s when you see other people unable to do something that you can do, and it really puzzles you. “But that’s so easy” you might say. “Anyone could do that”. But anyone can’t – you have a special resonance that makes that thing feel incredibly easy to do. The more you do that is second nature to you, the more you “resonate” with your own talents, gifts and physicality. And when you “resonate” well, people are naturally attracted to you. How cool is that?

When you realise that people really want you to do the thing you do best, and that you will get paid for it, life can be a lot more fun. My belief is that we are here to do what we do well. And applying what we do well to other areas of our life can make the difference between a hard life and a happy life.

So what’s your main strength?

Muscle Building Workouts – Building Muscle Fast For the Ordinary Guy

3 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

It is amazing how beginners to muscle building expect to work out today and build muscle yesterday. Muscle building workouts done the right way can give you fast dramatically fast results, but do not expect miracles.

You’ve probably seen the new guy at the gym. After completing a set, he looks in the mirror to see if that muscle has just grown bigger. Well, it doesn’t work that way.

In fact, muscles do not even grow while you’re working out. Workouts simply provide stimulus, but growth happens when you are resting. Of course, none of it will work without proper nutrition and adequate hydration. But let’s talk about muscle building workouts for now.

Contrary to what most inexperienced people believe, those machines at the gym are not what will help you build muscle. Building muscle fast requires the use of compound exercises with free weights. Or what is known as hardcore training.

What are compound exercises? Compound exercises are movements that utilize several groups of muscles at the same time. An example is the bench press, which though primarily targeting the pectoral (chest) muscles, also requires the use of shoulder and triceps muscles among others.

Free weights are just that; free weights. These are weights that are not supported or balanced by other mechanical means; you do the lifting as well as balancing. Think dumbbells and barbells.

As far as sets and reps go, the jury is still out there. Some experts say one set is all that’s needed. Others say three or four. There is no right or wrong and the best thing is to find out what works for you. Dorian Yates (professional bodybuilder and former Mr. Olympia) used to do one set but, he admits, it took him many years to get to that point.

The next thing you should have is a training split. Since muscles grow while you are resting, it makes sense to work one group one day and a different group the next. That way the muscle groups that you trained yesterday will be resting while you train a different a different group today.

A training split can also combine two or more muscle groups, especially in this day and age of time constraints. For example, you can train back and shoulders today, legs tomorrow, skip one day and then train chest and arms. You have just finished training your whole body in three days and can rest for the week.

There are too many muscle building workouts than can be fit into one article. Any person interested in building muscle fast should be prepared to keep learning. Start reading bodybuilding magazines and books. Remember, this is a journey not a destination.

Triple Threat Muscle Review – Is Jason Ferrugia For Real?

2 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Triple Threat Muscle is a muscle development program created by natural bodybuilder, Jason Ferrugia. By natural, I mean that his muscle building was done without any drugs. In addition, Jason Ferrugia is one of the world’s leading experts on muscle building, nutrition, and training.

Besides creating online fitness programs such as Triple Threat Muscle, Jason Ferrugia is known as a personal trainer who has worked with many athletes, a writer whose articles have appeared in various health and fitness magazines and websites. There is no doubt, Jason Ferrugia is for real and knows his stuff. In fact, he is living proof of what he teaches as he went from being a 147 pounds puny guy to a 231 pounds pack of lean muscle mass.

The Triple Threat Muscle program is workout and nutrition plan whose purpose is to help you to build functional muscle mass. By functional I mean the kind of muscles that will enhance your physical ability, not just bulk you up senselessly.

This means that Triple Threat Muscle (also known as 3XM) is not a traditional muscle building program as its focus is not just on mass. It does help you build muscle mass and burn body fat, have no doubt about that, but it doesn’t sacrifice functionality to muscle growth.

The purpose of Triple Threat Muscle is to help you look and be more athletic. The role model body type of this plan is not a bodybuilder but an athlete like a UFC fighter or a gymnast. I actually prefer this body type as all the women I’ve ever met told me that this is the sort of male physique they find attractive above all others.

Jason Ferrugia’s Triple Threat Muscle program includes 3 parts:

- The workout manual that lays the scientific basis of the program and explains the 3XM workout system that Jason Ferrugia developed for this program. You will learn exactly how to formulate your workouts according to your fitness level in this manual.

- Exercise videos collection that shows clips of all the exercises to help you maintain proper form and achieve the best results for your effort.

- A nutrition guidelines that teaches you what to eat and how to eat it to achieve the fastest muscle growth while maintaining proper health and reducing recovery time between workouts.

The program is not long, to the point, and very clear. There are sections which are a bit scientific so you can skip those if you’re only interested in the steps you need to take. Other than that, Triple Threat Muscle is an excellent program to build lean, functional muscle and to actually become more athletic, not just look more like one.

Medical School Admissions Secrets I Wish I Knew As An Undergrad

1 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

In my opinion, choosing the right college for allopathic medical school preparation is more strategic than most people realize. It is widely believed that a Bachelor’s degree at a competitive and/or prestigious university alone gets your foot in the door at most allopathic medical schools. This is one of the most damaging assumptions anyone can make and can cost you a potential “yes” from an outstanding US medical school.

How AMCAS medical school applications are evaluated

The AMCAS system is used by a majority of medical admissions committees to streamline the admissions process for both the applicant and the school. AMCAS is the system that forwards your verified GPA and MCAT information to each potential medical school. This means that instead of having to send an individual application, transcript, MCAT score to each school, AMCAS does it all for you.

There are three essential criteria that are presented to committees via AMCAS: overall GPA, science GPA, and MCAT score. In this article, I will discuss the importance of a high GPA and the strategies that will ensure your position as an ideal candidate for medical school.

Overall GPA vs. Science GPA

A high science GPA is a critical factor in medical school admissions.

The course requirements for most medical schools involves a year of the following: general biology+lab, general chemistry+lab, general physics+lab, organic chemistry+lab. Variable requirements include statistics and/or calculus. All these classes get factored into the science GPA, a “number” that indicates to the admissions committee of your personal ability to grasp material taught in medical school. Even though it may seem unfair, it is the most effective way that admissions office can handle the high volume of applicants in an orderly and timely manner.

The overall GPA plays a role, albeit a minor one, in the medical admissions game. If your overall GPA varies from the science GPA significantly, it indicates to committees of your lack of interest in certain subjects and this may be a red flag for some. This is because medicine is an interdisciplinary field and even though most of it is science, being a successful physician may require effective public speaking and English skills. If you have anything less than a B in these courses in college, it may have some bearing on your chances at getting admission. However, maintaining a high science GPA should be a bigger priority. So if you have to chose between acing your Microbiology exam or writing a winning Poetics paper one late night, I would say go for the Microbiology.

Choosing a School and Major the Maximizes Your Science GPA

As long as you have the above required coursework completed, there is no need to pursue upper division coursework (unless you are a science major). If I had known this earlier, I would have majored in economics or political science and truly enjoyed my lab-free undergraduate days. Instead, I chose to major in biology and spend my evenings writing lab reports and memorizing esoteric concepts.

Do NOT feel obligated to pursue a science major if your future plans include medical school. Instead, pursue a major that you genuinely are interested in- may it be art, dance, quantum physics. This will not only guarantee that you will maintain a high overall GPA in college, but also that you will enjoy your college experience. Also, this is refreshing to a medical school since non-science majors provide diversity and interesting insight to the community. As long as you find a way to incorporate a way to take all the required science classes, you will be okay.

Do NOT major in science unless you know 100% that you will get at least a B+ on all upper division coursework. Every science class you take gets factored into the science GPA, not just the prerequisite classes. So if you decided to take an advanced organic chemistry course out of sheer interest and end up getting a D, this will be factored into your science GPA and will look very poor, even though it was an esoteric course. As a science major, you will have to take more science courses in upper division that can be graded more harshly. There is no need to jeopardize your undergraduate science GPA unless you know you will do extremely well in these classes. I’m not here to discourage you if you really want to major in biochemistry or physics, but I do want to warn you of the possible consequences in the growing stiff competition in the world of medical school admissions.

How the College You Attend Gets Factored In

The college you ultimately end up choosing to attend weighs heavily, but indirectly, on medical school applications. For the most part, your capabilities as a medical school student are represented by the three magic numbers: overall GPA, science GPA, and MCAT.

I chose to attend Reed College because of its research-based curriculum and thesis year. Reed College had the facilities that taught me how to think critically and to do self-directed laboratory research that I thought would be a rigorous introduction to medical research and medical school. In fact Reed College churns out the most undergraduates that end up getting a PhD in biology in the nation.

What ends up hurting me in the end is a triple threat: Reed’s anti-grade inflation policy, being a biology major, and being a biology major at Reed. There have only been a handful of 4.0 graduates during Reed’s existence. I don’t think any of them were in any of the science departments (I’d have to double check on this). Imagine how this has affected my overall GPA and science GPA. Considering how hard I work here, I think that I would’ve maintained something close to a 4.0 GPA that I had if I had attended transferred to a university. This is especially because Reed’s upper division courses also have a graded lab portion, unlike other schools. But this is not just the case at Reed.

Most liberal arts colleges have a tougher grading system than other universities. The combination of smaller class sizes and emphasis on academics rather than grades is what drives the GPA down in liberal arts schools. In smaller classes, professors are more careful in evaluating their students and can have more tougher exams because they don’t need to grade a huge volume of exams in a short period of time. I attempted to take organic chemistry at Reed for a semester and dropped it after a couple weeks. The tests were very intensive, involving writing complete mechanisms of reactions and predicting entire chemical structures from scratch. The lab portion was independent. We were asked to try to make a certain chemical with a limited amount of reagents on our own.

I spent my following summer at University of California, Riverside taking the organic chemistry course again. The exams at certain points were multiple choice (!) and the lab portion involved following a simple protocol every meeting rather than using critical thinking to adapt what was learned in lecture into lab. And since the class was well over 200 students, the entire course was streamlined this way so that grades could be put up on time and TAs could minimize the amount of time it took to grade.

Conclusion?

Most liberal arts school have a very strong philosophy on learning rather than being taught. The curriculum is almost always tougher and the average GPA of a graduate almost always significantly lower. Not to put down larger universities, but Reed students could blow UCR students out of the water in organic chemistry. But who is more likely going to get into medical school: the B- student that learned how to synthesize a ester alcohol on his own or the A student that mastered the art of multiple choice and rote memorization? I would say the A student because that is what AMCAS sees and the system is blind to any fine detail.

How to Get Six Pack Abdominals

1 June 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Getting six pack abs isn’t as hard is it may seem. If you follow a set of guides that I will specifically tell you today, it can be as easy as 123. Don’t get me wrong getting a good looking six pack isn’t easy, but it can be easier if you follow what I have to say. The following information is designed to make you more successful, and is proven to work!

1. Your Body -

Taking care of your body is very important if your trying to get six pack abs. It requires discipline in not eating fast foods, and drinking all of the soda you can get your hands on. It is vital you stop eating those nasty fast foods which are loaded with calories and other things that can really make it hard to get a six pack. You will want to eat at least 5 times a day instead of your normal 3. Be aware that since you are eating 5 meals a day now you will need to make your portions smaller, eating these 5 meals a day is to keep your metabolism going strong, not to gain weight. You will also need to drink a recommended 8 cups of water per day. This may seem a lot but it can be done quite easily if you spread out when you drink the water. These things together will make it easier for you to get a tight six pack.

2. Keeping Strong -

It is very important to keep working out, as well as doing cardiovascular activities as this is where you will begin to see a lot of improvement, you must maintain a consistent workout schedule which needs to have 3 days of weight lifting with some cardio built in. This combined set of actions will make your stomach fat begin to decrease and you’re muscles will begin to tone themselves. After a week or two you should see progress, now lets keep going to get that six pack we want!

3. Motivation -

This is a huge factor in success, you must be motivated to make the best of the situation and push yourself the farthest you can. There are many things that can get you, and keep you motivated. Personally I have used God in my life to keep me motivated and I love it. I have also used other family members, friends, and even other people’s success stories in my mind while working out to keep myself pushing forward.

The 3 steps above will really help you to become successful. If you follow them they will help you to see improvement within weeks of starting these methods.
